To highlight all the hotel staff very good service

Beautiful hotel we stay from the 3rd of January to the 10th of 2025 is already the second time we go with my family the attention is excellent from all the buffet staff, everything very clean good breakfast agreed quality price , very clean and neat pools , to highlight to ERIKA the girl who works in the dining room and the cleaning of the rooms always very attentive and friendly, as well as EDUARDO the moso of the dining room where they serve breakfast always in good humor and helpful and finally to CRISTIAN the security staff of the hotel in the night hours always very attentive to what happens in the night very professional, greets many and attentive

End of year 2024 at the Cid hotel.

We went to spend the new year party with the whole family. The rooms and services we found very good. We enjoyed the pool very nice, with space for young children. And we also enjoyed the excellent location of the property.

Excelente el hotel tiene dos pilletas exterior y una climatizada... buena atención... las habitaciones muy cómodas amplias y limpias.
Es muy recomendable tiene estacionamiento techado
Su ubicacion es excelente.... muy cerca del centro

Destaco la atención amable del personal. Muy buena ubicación. Lo único a mejorar desde mi opinión sería la higiene de ambas piletas. Mi estadía fue corta pero no vi que estuvieran en óptimas condiciones.. son usadas por muchas personas...
Y el desayuno es muy pobre...

Alquilado a turismo estudiantil cero tranquilidad
Baño sin jabón ni jabonera.
Paredes de durolock imposible descansar con vecinos conversando...
La pileta cubierta UN GALPON DE CHAPAS DE MUY MAL GUSTO.
desayuno básico. (Salimos a desayunar a otro bar)
Si presion de,agua en ducha y demás.
Muchas cosas más para destacar.
En síntesis decir tres estrellas con spa,falta total de respeto hacia el pasajero cliente.
Engañoso lo publicado en el sitio.
Para nada recomendable.
Nunca volveríamos a este hotel.
