What a find

From the friendly booking in, the room overlooking the stream below, the exceptionally good vfm evening meal, to the comfortable bed. What more could be asked for. Free ample parking, good strong free wifi, and a family running it with a great sense of humour.
We honestly couldn't have asked for more.

Budget hotel, budget room, quaint and dated, very friendly service, free car parking

Car parking is pretty difficult in Andorra but this hotel has its own and it's free! It is budget hotel with budget prices. The room was small, but adequate for one night. The bathroom has probably never been updated, do not expect any luxuries, it is very dated. We were on the third floor, there's no lift, getting luggage and a dog up and down was very tiring. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and it's just a short 10 minute walk (partly along the river) into town and a 5 minute drive to the shopping centres. Hotels are expensive in Andorra, we were pleased to find budget accommodation, with car parking, in the right location for our one night stopover.

Good 2* Hotel - Clean room albeit dated

We needed a last minute pet-friendly room in the area during a busy Easter weekend. We ended up staying at Peralba and it was OK.
The guy at reception (who also happened to be the barman and restaurant waiter) was brilliant; very helpful and super friendly.
As for the room, yes, it was dated and I had to laugh when I saw the bathroom but we read some reviews beforehand so we sort of knew what was awaiting us. It was very clean though. Also this is a 2* hotel with 2* prices so don't expect 4* luxury.
Although the restaurant food was simple (no fancy presentation) it was very tasty.
If you just need a roof over your head for the night, nothing fancy, then I would recommend. However, if you are after a modern, newly refurbished room, definitely look elsewhere.

outdated but ok

the place has seen better times, a few things like the bathroom makes you smile but it works and the hot water works, the single rooms are very small ...and when I was there in March it was icy cold but the central heat only came on by 6 pm ...and it did not really warm up the room nor the bathroom; but it is really a very economic place, the dinner food served is very good, the breakfast a bit strange with all more or less packed cookies and things but well ....the owner lady a bit harsh, the son a nice guy who tries really to do everything to its best

Hotel Peralba- pay for what you get

Staff is friendly and the parking is private, easy and free -which in Andorra not easy to find.
It was the cheapest hotel we could find and we were happy with it. But, it’s important to mention:
1. The building is really old and smells like that. In our case, the bathroom was a bit too wet and the ceiling was cracking.
2. There is no elevator. So, for people who are not so fit and sporty to stay in the third floor might be annoying.
3. The Breakfast is really cheap. €3,75 per person. Though, it’s basically packed cookies and jam, 01 bread (that looks like a croissant), bottled industrialized juice and the only hot thing we found was the coffee. According to the lady that serves the breakfast there is no kitchen. We asked for a boiled egg and it was not possible to serve us.
If you are not looking for real hotel services, it’s a cheap place to stay.
