تجربة رائعة
لقد حجزنا جناحاً على أساس و0.1 التوصية. لقد كان مصممة بأناقة وهى نظيفة للغاية. لم نكن نريد أن نغادر الغرفة، لقد كان. شكرًا لك ماري! ومع ذلك، فإننا الاستمتاع بتناول الطعام وهو ما ترك الغرفة الخاصة بنا. إقامتنا الإفطار التي كانت رهيبة! جو رائع، الشيف Delores كان متعة. فواكه طازجة والخبز والكعك بالإضافة إلى الأومليت أو توست فرنسي مزدحم جدا لذيذة!

لا تستحق المال.
كانت الغرفة عفنة جدا الرائحة، بطانية واحدة قد بقع على. كان الحمام تفوت فرصة زيارة وستائر متناسقة. فى المجمل كانت معسكر في الغابة. المبلغ على بطاقة الائتمان قبل الوقت للذهاب إلى هناك. لن نقيم هناك مرة أخرى.

Hello there. You must have accidentally posted your review on our page; cleanliness is a top priority of ours at the 1896 House. Our hardworking housekeeping crew is very diligent and thorough when cleaning rooms - no guest is left with a stained blanket. None of our hotel rooms have mismatched curtains - this is a blatant lie. Like many hotels, a deposit is required to make a reservation. We hope that you realize you posted your review on the wrong page, and that you actually do come stay with us one day.

أسعار مبالغ فيها بشكل خيالي دون المتوسط أماكن الإقامة!
لقد قضيت 4 ليالي في جناح 206, التكلفة الإجمالية حوالي 5,0 , 30000 . متعب، قديم، في حاجة ماسة إلى تحديث. ولم الزنزانة، لا يوجد خدمة الواي فاي - الاتصال اللاسلكي بالإنترنت عبر تقنية واي فاي في غرفتنا. إنه عام 2017 . كيف يمكن لأي شخص يعمل الفندق مقابل رسوم إضافية 250 /ليلة مع عدم وجود خلية أو ويفى؟ ؟ ؟ مصرة أن الإدارة فيريزون يسير على ما يرام، وخدمة الاتصال اللاسلكي بالإنترنت عبر تقنية الواي فاي - يسير على ما يرام. كان لدينا 2 iPods وiPhones (Verizon Wireless) و2 أجهزة الآي باد بين الولايات المتحدة لا تعمل فى الغرفة الخاصة بنا. لقد تجولت حول الملكية إلى حاول أن إشارة عندما كنا نحتاج إلى استخدام الهاتف أو إرسال رسالة بريد إلكتروني. أمر سخيف تماماً. فندق Innkeeper رفضوا أن أي خصم على الغرفة الخاصة بنا، على الرغم من شكاوى يومية. كان الرد دائما أنه يجب أن تكون المعدات أو موفر خدمة، وليس المشكلة. ولكن أرى ذكرته بعض هذا الشكوى نفسها. All of our suites are professionally decorated with unique antiques. Suite 206 is probably our most popular and requested suite. You used the adjectives "tired" and "old" to describe the suite; you must not appreciate the elegance and opulence of the appointments in your suite that re-create America during the period 1815 to 1840 - brocade coverlet, Aubusson carpets, gold gilded pastoral paintings, and more. Further, the room overlooks the babbling brook that meanders through our beautiful 17 acre property. Many of our guests love to open their windows and fall asleep to the serene sounds of the water.
Regarding the complimentary wi-fi, it absolutely did work. In fact, while you were enjoying breakfast, one of our staff members showed you how to properly connect, and like magic you were immediately able to surf the web. You seem to have left that part out of your review. At the same time that you were staying in the Suites, multiple college sports teams, who were participating in a tournament at Williams College, were also staying here with us; many of those college students spent hours on their phones, tablets, and computers with no difficulty whatsoever - they did this both inside of our rooms and while roaming around our beautiful property. Indeed, our IT provider recently completed a complete internet upgrade to the building in which you were staying. Regarding your cell phone service, perhaps you should write a review of your cell phone carrier. We are not a cell phone service provider. For the record, our guests and our 40+ member staff regularly use cell phones. If, for whatever reason, you had spotty cell phone service, you were advised that we offer free long distance calls from your room. You also neglected to mention that fact in your review.
Trip Advisor is an outlet where people can share their experiences with other travelers, let people know about any necessary travel tips, and to help management become aware of any issues that may have come up. Unfortunately, and quite often, people use Trip Advisor as a platform to cyber bully hotels/restaurants. In some instances, guests make misrepresenting claims and even threaten establishments with negative reviews in order to receive a discount and/or refund. Trip Advisor works both ways - it also allows hotels and/or restaurants to review their guests. Our various staff members were consistent in their opinions that throughout the duration of your stay, you were disrespectful and rude.
In summary, we offer our guests a beautiful and tranquil setting, where they can relax by the pond, near the brook, under our stately gazebo, in Adirondack chairs that can be found throughout the property, and at our popular onsite '6 House Pub where they will enjoy a memorable meal and creative cocktails.

حجزت غرفة في هذا الفندق زوجتي وابنتي في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع الماضي. أود أن تعرف أن كل الغرف المتاحة في فصل الصيف عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في Berkshires أن هذا لم يكن له من فندق رائع. متى زوجتي بتسجيل الدخول في أنها فورا لي الصور لا تتطابق مع الفندق الفعلى. زوجتي وصف هذا 1950 Motel لم يتم تحديثها منذ عام 1950. لحسن الحظ، لهم، موظف الفندق أن المبلغ وديعة لليلة واحدة أو إلغاؤها الليلة الثانية في الحجز.

Thanks for writing. To be clear, we have three unique hotel buildings on our 17-acre property. You mentioned that you looked at pictures of our Barnside Luxury Suites, but you booked a room in one of our Country Rooms. Contrary to your assertion, all of our rooms are continuously updated and include wonderful amenities such as flat screen TV’s, authentic knotty pine walls, wrought-iron beds, Cushman rock maple furniture, refrigerators, coffee maker, coffee, tea, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, free long distance and local calls, alarm clock, Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning with individual controls (Wi-Fi did not exist in the 50’s). Had you opted to stay in one of our more expensive Luxury Suites (part of the original barn that dates back to 1896), you would have enjoyed the chandeliers, oil paintings, individually chosen appointments, and in the morning you would have been treated to breakfast in a private room with a personal chef. You didn’t mention the dates that you were here, but we have been either sold out or near capacity all summer long as well as the fall. Our reasonable prices combined with beautifully maintained rooms make us one of the most popular hotels in the Berkshires. Of course, our babbling brook, serene duck pond with Pekin Ducks, romantic footbridge, and full-service on-site restaurant are all frosting on the cake!

إنه فندق رائع بينما قديم إلى حد ما. المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق تعدك Brook والحدائق الجميلة أكثر من عن يحتاج إلى تحديث الوحدة. كانت وجبات الإفطار اليومية جيد جدا بالطلب جميل السيدة. إن atached سلبيات أيضا جيد للغاية. فى المجمل كانت الإقامة رائعة
