تمّ بناء مكان الإقامة هَذا في الأصل في عام 1913 كمبنى شقة فاخرة، ويضم الآن هذا الفندق الصغير على الطّراز الأوروبي. يضم لوبي فندق ويندسور إن المزين بفن الآرت ديكو المناضد المنحنية الأصلية والقوالب وبلاط الأرضيات الموجود من تاريخ تجديده في عقد 1920.
