Things were great except for Cleaning knocking on my door @ 8:00AM on Sunday morning!!!! Really???? Not acceptable for Hotel of this quality

‏الفندق قديم جدا الاستقبال سيئ الغرفة سيئة رايحة الموكيت معفنة الفيو على مكيفات وتهريب مياة وسقف عشة او صندقة اصوات مزعجة اسوا منظر مر علي في حياتي السقف قريب جدا ، المبنى قديم الإفطار محدود جدا جدا ونفسية الموظفين غير جيدة
افضل شي سرعة الإنترنت والموقع ‏فقط
والباقي باختصار انحشششش ابحث عن فندق ذو مبنى جديد
لا انصح به بتاتاً
يستحق نجمتين فقط ، 400 ريال في الليلة بالكثير

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My first room had a broken door jam so I called the front desk and they came up to my room without any hesitation and helped me move to another room on the same floor with a better doorframe. Both rooms were spacious. The toilets were separate from the sink which is a nice feature if traveling with someone so one person can apply makeup while the other uses the bathroom or showers. The bed was extremely comfortable so much so that I slept through my alarm clock. The rooms come with a mini fridge which is always important to me as someone who has allergies and often travels with her own food. The room was clean. All rooms came with hair dryers and irons. I tested the two rooms I stayed in for bed bugs and no sign of any bugs were present. Just a two things I wish the hotel had were 1. Extra deadbolts on the doors side added security and 2. A microwave in the room. I doordashed dinner to the hotel and it took nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered from a restaurant one mile away so my food was cold and I was unable to warm it without a microwave. The pool is lovely but outside and overlooks the Washington circle. They do have a safety feature where you must scan a hotel key card to use the elevator.

Small room in comparison to the pics, clean bathroom.
No water or coffee in the lobby, which was strange given a nice hotel

It was great! The plaza is nicely situated close to a neighborhood with lots of food and entertainment options yet is also an easy walk to the Mall and the White House. The Hotel's staff were friendly and efficient and check in and check out were very smoothly handled at relatively busy times. We had a room with a great view of the city and though the room was medium in size at best but it was clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were quality, the towels were soft, and thermostat worked- so nothing to complain about. The breakfast (we ate twice) was delicious, had a very good ratio of quality to price, and the service was friendly and fast. The parking was under the hotel and it was easy in and easy out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to check out DC.
