#1 Best stay in DC-Where sophistication and elegance meets comfort!
The Willard alleviates the stress associated with vacations. Oh, did I mention location? The hotel is conveniently situated near all the museums, dining options, memorials, and the cherry blossoms! I highly recommended booking here!
I would also like to thank you for the large bottled waters, personalized card, and the delicious birthday cake.

Beautiful room
In general, of course, the hotel is good... initially moved into a one-bedroom suite (in general, it's not bad), but then moved, to a suite named after Willard, because of the heavy noise in the room. Willard's suite recently underwent a renovation, but it wasn't done very well, there are noticeable flaws, the staff responsible can check everything, showers and cabinets...
This did not interfere much, although showering, not very comfortable, and cost the latest model of TOTO toilet (designer hard ban for shower). The main downside is the employees. No welcome, no hospitality, no soul... a very big nutritional problem. Breakfast is just a shambles. And there's nothing decent around. It's a real mess. Room service can be used, of course, but it gets boring fast. Room breakfasts were also troubled, then forgotten, then not... but, on the whole, the hotel is nice if you need this neighborhood. I don't know about the standard room situation...
