SHOULD BE CONDEMNED !
This place should be condemned as uninhabitable. I've travelled for 50 years on 5 continents and I've never seen a dump like this. The reality of it is much worse than the pictures I'm posting show.
The first indication of what I was in for was at check-in. The “office” is a decrepit ramshackle room filled with mosquitoes where the clerk has a $50 PC that's at least 20 years old sitting on a counter. When you walk in you have to duck under the wires for their parking lot cameras – they dangle from the ceiling where anyone can simply reach up and yank them out. Two people in front of me with confirmed prepaid reservations were denied a room because the clerk couldn't find their names on his PC. He blamed the parent company, and I have no doubt that he's correct – there has obviously been zero investment in maintenance of this property since OYO took over.
When I got to the room, I debated whether to sleep in my car (we were evacuating from Hurricane Milton, and there was not a single hotel room in Georgia available). If I had it to do over again, I would have slept in the car. The room was filthy, with holes in the walls, a large mirror dangling from one side, stains everywhere, vermin on the sheet (there was only one), holes in the bed cover (presumably from rats). In Calcutta India there are people living in cardboard shacks next to the airport runway – that's what this place reminded me of. Water pressure when you turned on the faucet was less than half what it should be. I didn't dare take a shower for fear of what might come out of the shower head.
The TV didn't work – it depends on a wifi signal and there was no wifi. The clerk said that the wifi router was old and had such a weak signal that it couldn't reach the second floor rooms. He said that he asked the company repeatedly for another router and never got a response other than vague promises that were never followed up on.
I had a tarp in the trunk of my car – I put that over the sheet and finally got a few hours of sleep between 1 am and 4 am (when the party on the balcony outside my room finally broke up – presumably they had to get liquored up before they could face the idea of sleeping in their room).
The parking lot looks like a war zone, with pot holes deep enough to break an axle on your car. They sure don't need speed humps.
There are many more disgusting things about this property that I'm trying to forget, so I'm going to close this review by saying that I don't understand why the state of Georgia allows this business to continue operating. It is not just a complete ripoff, it is a health hazard. I wish Google had a negative 99 rating classification for this miserable excuse for a “hotel”.

This is what we found in the shower in the picture there were a lot of them. I think we should be refunded the full price. There were also people yelling all night long on the second floor using the N word.

This is a run down motet. The room was pretty good and had o amenities. The outdixe had mattresses in apile beside the building. Would not recommended this motel.

Hotel was dirty and lil run down! Had to call 2 diff numbers to try to get someone to the desk so we could get our keys and get in the room!

The room I booked through Expedia was not available. The manager said he had notified your company that there were no rooms available but yet you allowed me to book through your site. Very disappointed especially since I was evacuating from Hurrican Milton.
