Rest and Relaxation ✔️

Perfect atmosphere and beautiful pool. We enjoyed the Club dining, and specialty cocktails. Elegant while laid back. Perfect location for walking the city. Across the street from Forsythe Park and near the SCAD. We loved the grab and go coffee, tea and pastries. The only element we did not like is the clear doors for the toilet room. These should at least be frosted. Time in the Loo is private time.

Was a great experience overall, the hotel normally will charge for early check-in and late check-out but as we were VIP members with hotels.com that came complimentary. Downstairs lobby bar was very nice and the drinks were as well - the restaurant next door was also amazing. we only stayed one night, but wish we would have stayed longer. Everything was immaculate.

Beautiful hotel rights across from a nice park outside the main hub of old town Savannah. They had a DJ in the bar on the Friday night we were there which we were not aware of, so when we tried to go sleep at 10 pm we could not fall asleep due to the thumping base coming from the bar. Otherwise a comfortable room with beautiful decor in room and lobby.

Top-notch hotel!

You know you've stayed somewhere amazing when upon your return home you go back to the hotel's site, just to see photos of the place. Hotel Bardo is beautiful; a very classy look. The staff are professional and warm, specifically Marcio, Seanette (sorry for any misspellings), and Oren and Don in The Green Room. We loved the car service provided by the hotel (within a mile or two of the hotel). Thank you, Franklin! We saw some negative reviews before booking regarding the sparse included breakfast. If you think of it as a hotel that offers breakfast for a price, you'll be happier than if you go with the mindset of an included breakfast. We paid for a cooked breakfast each morning, and enjoyed what was offered in the lobby for free, as a supplemental snack. The pool deck was lovely. The hotel is located across the street from the beautiful Forsyth Park and is an easy walk to many of the sites you'll likely want to see. Overall, a really wonderful stay.
