Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the front desk is open from 09:00 until 19:00 Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00. Check-ins are welcome after 15:00. Guests expecting to arrive after 19:00 are asked to use the courtesy phone outside the lobby door for assistance. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 18 years of age. Housekeeping services are available upon request from 10:00 until 14:00. Housekeeping service isn't provided daily, but upon request for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least the night before arrival.
