Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, guests must present the credit card used to make the booking at the time of check-in. Guests must present the credit card used and a government-issued ID at the time of check-in for identity verification. Our hotel requires authorization for the security deposit for any incidental events. This amount may cause an overdraft fee for debit card users. The debit card must have EMV chip embedded. Our hotel will not be responsible for the overdraft or penalty fee if the guest uses the debit card. Our hotel doesn’t accept pre-paid credit cards, cash apps, mobile payment apps, or credit card that does not have an embedded chip. The name on the credit card must match the guest’s photo ID.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
