Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform Orlando Escape of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests will receive an online check-in form, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Guests will then receive check-in instructions through email. This message will include a keyless entry code to the property. A physical check in may be requested If in the view of the Management Company or property owner, considers is needed.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
