It's abit of distance from the metro but still walkable as the stretch is lined with lotsa of eateries and hotpots restaurant. Room is decent and comfortable. For the price I think it's worth staying to experience New York for a few days to save on lodging and the rest of the trip can be at Manhatten itself.

The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking.
They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants.
Nice view at night.
I will book again if I’m in the area. :)

Fast check in. Handled an issue I had quickly and moved me to another floor with an equally great view. Valet was pretty expensive but you do have street options. Made a last minute booking and they were great with everything.

From the time we walked in the door we were greeted warmly. We were offered an upgrade because we are gold members with IHG which was awesome. There was so much to see and do around the vicinity of the hotel. Restaurants were plentiful. The mall was nice as well. We will stay here again.

Friendly staff but cleanliness is very poor. The housekeeper either comes very late or not coming. Most unable to speak English. For the 9 nights stay, I only had once to clean up my room. Most time I have to ring the front desk to ask for cups, coffee, towels and many things.
