موقع رائع
موقع رائع على بعد دقائق من ميدان تايمز، كانت الغرفة أساسية وتاريخية بعض الشيء، ولكن نظيفة ومريحة، وكاننا في الطابق التاسع، وكانت الإطلالة مذهلة.
كان الموظفون متعاونين وودودين للغاية، وكان تسجيل الوصول سريعًا وسهلًا للغاية.

انتبه من أنهم يستمرون في خصم رسوم من بطاقتي الائتمانية
لا أعرف نوع الاحتيال الذي يقوم به هذا المكان. ألغيت حجزًا. أخبروني أنني سأتم محاسبتي على ليلة الشارع الأول لأن الوقت كان متأخرًا للغاية، وهو ما أفهمه. لقد فرضوا على بطاقتي الائتمانية 4 مرات و4 مبالغ مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى استرداد مبلغ واحد. إجمالاً، فقد دفعوا لي أكثر من 1400 دولار . وعندما اتصلتُ بالسؤال عن ماذا كان يحدث، حصلتُ على ركض في الأرجاء، حيث تم تنفيذه مرارًا وتكرارًا، والتسكع، والتوقف مع أشخاص صاخبين يتحدثون في الخلفية. لم يكن لدى أحد أي توضيح أو حتى محاولة مساعدتي. إنه احتيال واضح.

ليس مثل فندق صغير فاخر في المملكة المتحدة ولكننا حصلنا على ليلة جيدة في الطابق 32 ونحن لم يكن لدينا أي مشاكل مع المصاعد خلال إقامتنا 3 ليالٍ.
غرفة الإفطار صغيرة جدًا، ولكننا ذهبنا في الطابق السادس. 30 صباحًا يوميًا، وقد تمكنت من الحصول على طاولة وشيء لبدء اليوم، وكانت فطائر البانكيك رائعة حقًا، على الرغم من كونها غاية في التميز.
كما كان فريق العمل مهذبًا ومتعاونًا، وقد نظَّم لنا سيارة أجرة إلى المطار.

يتميز موظفو الفندق بالود، كما أن وجبة الإفطار "مجانية للجميع"، غير أن الفندق يبدو متعبًا. مشكلتي هي أن يتم فرض مبلغ التأمين مرتين، لذا فندق صغير فاخر أوقات ساحة يحتفظ بـ 800 دولار من أموالي أثناء إقامتي هنا. إذا استغرق الأمر 3 أيام للعودة، فحينها يمكنني الاستفادة منها أثناء وجودي هنا

أقمت في هذا الفندق في مارس، وحجزتُ عبر Travel Republic. اعتقدت أن كل ما دفعتَه عند الحجز في البداية. عند الوصول، تم طلب الحصول على بطاقة ائتمانية لتأجير مبلغ تأمين (350 دولارًا). 00 ) . ممنوع ذكر الضرائب والرسوم. وفي المغادرة، لا يزال هناك أي إشارة إلى رسوم إضافية، وسيتم رد مبلغ التأمين المُقدَّم. عند الوصول إلى المنزل اكتشفت أنني قد تم فرض ضرائب المدينة / منتجع (93 جنيهًا إسترلينيًا). لم يهتم فندق "هوتل آند ترافيلبيك" (Hotel & Travel Republic) عندما اشتكيت.
وبصراحة، كان الفندق مُتَّبَعًا، وكان الإفطار فظيًّا (منطقة الإفطار تشبه أكثر مقهى ونقلًا، وكان صغيرًا جدًا جدًا بالنسبة إلى عدد النزلاء)، لذلك لم أكن سأحجز هذا الفندق لو كنتُ أعلم أن هناك المزيد لتدفع إليه.
