Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding your stay with us. I was the one who was here at check-in and I do remember talking to you and you telling me about your trip and all the accidents on the road. We do understand that guest sometimes have a bad trip or a long trip when they finally decide to stop. It is the nature of the hospitality business to treat each guest and make them feel welcome.
