Our stay was amazing. The hot tub was extremely hot but works so we enjoyed our time in the pool. Definitely recommended and will be coming back

The room was very nice. Comfortable. The breakfast was really well made. Sausage just perfect and the omelette was not over cooked.

The staff was not welcoming. While checking in, the staff member leaving for the day interrupted the gentleman helping me. She then went over procedures and updates so she could leave instead of helping us finish checking in. When we finally finished checking in we requested that our room be looked at because there was white fuzzys all over the bathroom and carpet in front. When we got back from our outing it seemed like nothing had been done. While swimming we had to go request towels from the front desk because there was none in the pool area. This is a new hotel and we were happy to try but we would not recommend it to others.

We choose to stay here because it said the pool was open. When we checked in they said the lock to the pool was not working, and they were wirking on it... we got other excuses all evening so we never were able to let the grandkids swim. Very disappointed!

I picked this hotel because I wanted to take my boys swimming in the indoor pool and they lied about it not being open they kept saying we will call you once it’s open and I found out the next morning there was nothing wrong with it they were just to lazy to open it. I’m so upset because it was my boys last day of their vacation with me and we were hoping to have some fun together in the pool
