الموقع - الموقع

الموقع مثالي لقضاء ليلة في كولومبوس - بالقرب من مواقع High Street. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة. لا يوجد شيء فاخر ولكن مجرد النوم ليلاً - أسعار مريحة للغاية ومناسبة. ذهبت إلى المكان أثناء زيارتي لمواقع وسط المدينة - شورت نورث.

DO NOT GO HERE!

The only thing that was decent was that they took cash. I got into the room. Since I was in the area for check ups related to my cancer diagnosis, I needed a good night's sleep. Bed felt pretty decent initially. The room aesthetic was dull, but really didn't bother me one way or the other. I took my bath and went to bed about 11pm. Shortly after midnight, I woke up with intense itching on my neck, which iny experience meant only one thing --bed bugs. I found one in the pillow. I then stripped the bed where I found a 2nd one. At that point, I bathed again very quickly, inspected my belongings and left. I went to the front desk where I told them what was going on. They offered to put me in a different room. Uh, no, why would I do that? The night person did immediately refund my deposit and I left. I had to sleep in my car--which, as you can imagine, was not ideal. When I went for my appointments, all the medical personnel had to gown up when they came in there, and I was subjected to being inspected from my hair all the way to my toes while there because of this. One of the medical personnel did call the hotel on my behalf to get the refund I deserved. I was called by a lady, Tina may have been her name, but I'm not certain as the lady had an extremely thick accent. She told me to come get the money today. I said no, that was already on my way back home, and that they needed to mail me a check, and that I would be happy to give them my address. The lady said they would see what they could do, but that they didn't usually do that. The lady also told me that they had been sold out the weekend before with no problem (and I care because? I have a problem now.) The medical person that was going to bar for me on this called me shortly thereafter. She initiated another call to them. They again called me to come get the refund. By this time, I was back home, so I refused that of course, and reiterated that there needs to be a check mailed to me, as I don't expect to be back in the area until my next Dr visits in 3 months They also offered me a free night's stay, which I immediately refused. I took a few pictures of things and a video to show that the room was left in decent condition other than the bed being stripped.

Thank you for taking the time to rate our hotel and explain your experience. The room was thoroughly inspected and no bed bugs were found. Also the room was rented out, with no further complaints. I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest has a comfortable stay. Again, thank you for your time and feedback. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior service and accommodations on your next visit.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Just seems like an independent business with people trying to make a living. Great cost, met our needs.

After a terrible hotel the night before in Cleveland, I was hoping for much better in Columbus. I was greeted by a friendly and professional older woman at the front desk during check in. She made small talk, asked what brought me to town, and gave me all of the appropriate details needed (where my room was, where to park, coffee in the morning, etc).
When I opened the room's door, I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with a cleaning smell. This made me happy since my room at a different hotel chain the night before was so disgusting. The sheets/blanket, table, bathroom area, and everything was very clean.
The only complaint I had was a stranger approached my car in the parking lot and asked if I wanted to have s-x for fun. I was completely taken aback as I assumed he worked for the hotel, because it looked like he came from the front (it was a bad assumption on my part) and he motioned for me to roll down my window. Thankfully he didn't see what room I came out of, but, I always urge folks to be mindful of their surroundings.
The checkout process was fine the next day and the front desk staff (a different, young woman) was friendly, too. No complaints.

Typical cheap motel 6. Room was dirty, beds were horribly uncomfortable, found a roach crawling on the floor the seond night, was leftover food and drink in the mini fridge from a previous guest and microwave was dirty, shower sucked, nobody came to service the room. Didnt expect much and couldnt even meet already low expectations.
