Thank you kindly for taking the time to share your experience with us--knowing about your stay truly helps us as we make plans to constantly improve our guests' experiences. It is good to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location. However, I would like to apologize that you had an issue with your keys expiring. I will be sure to go over key programming with our front desk staff to ensure that future guests do not experience this same issue.
