So the hotel ground were nice, lobby was nice, everything was nice until you got to the room.
The lock would shock you no matter what unless you managed to cover your hand with something. There were holes in the curtains of which I'll leave some pics. The place to store your food and make your coffee was in the freaking bathroom. Last thing was the size of the room. Bed (King size) barely fit in there, and left about 2 feet to walk around it. Overall not happy for what I paid.

Waited 35 mins to be checked in was a long line when I arrived then after checking in went to room to find out it was not clean at all and beds were not queens I had my kids with me and they barley fit on one bed so I went to counter to ask kindly if my room was queen beds bc they looked like full said nope there queens nothing she can do about it so after getting no where we managed to make it work… but then ac in room was not working at this point was just over this hotel and people in lobby being loud with a room next to them we could hear everything won’t be stay here ever again!

Upon check in, the front desk were very polite, allowed us to check in a little early . Gave us a lot of information

Hotel was attractive and well kept. Room was 70° and no amount of thermostat adjustment would change that. For me, that is way too hot for sleep. Shower head also needed to be replaced.

We were woke up about 2:00 AM from a noise coming out of the vent in the bathroom that kept getting loud then quiet the loud,etc. Needless to say we didn’t hardly sleep that night.
Besides that there was a big gap in our door to the hallway and I waited 10 minutes at checkout for someone to come help me at the counter until we hollered ‘HELLO’ towards their office.
Otherwise the stay would have been nice.
