Very slightly above average
PROS
-waterpark is fun for kids
-rooms are nicely appointed
-the hotel reacted quickly to requests
-the hotel is well laid out
-the Cocoa Bean coffee place was great
-they allow tipping via Venmo
CONS
-water pressure in our shower was horrible
-we ordered room service and it was below average. Food was just ok. No “room service” experience (no cart, mini ketchup bottles, etc). It came in a paper bag with wooden utensils (difficult to eat with) and the equivalent of 1 Kleenex per person as napkins.
-other food options we tried were just ok. Nothing was particularly memorable. We tried the pub and the pool food.
-there is no shuttle to/from airport. You can see the airport from the hotel, so this seems senseless.

No reason to stay unless attending a business conference event
-No airport shuttle
-No rower in the gym
-Nothing around for miles from the resort
-Gouged on food & beverage at restaurants and gift shops for no where to go
-Not close to Denver
Otherwise a nice hotel with decent housekeeping...they didn't change ice bucket or used glassware each day
Again no reason to stay unless you have to work for a business conference event
