Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Sauna is closed from Thu, Mar 06, 2025 until Mon, Mar 31, 2025 Although the hotel do not have a formal dress code, they do ask guests to dress smartly for dinner; jackets for gentlemen preferred (no shorts, t-shirts, trainers or similar). Breakfast and dinner are provided for families with children under 6 years old in the restaurant annex, which has lovely views over the garden. Children aged 6 and over can join their parents in the main restaurant. Alternatively, the property can provide children’s Cornish High Tea at 17:30 in the Conservatory, or as room service. Before and after dinner, families with children under 6 are welcome to use the Helford Lounge, which is equipped with board games. Babysitting services can be provided on request. Please note, at certain times of day, the swimming pool is reserved for adults only. Our pool is open to everyone Monday - Thursday all day and on Friday - Sundays is restricted to no children after 12:00pm, unless they are a hotel guest or member. Please note that The Natural Health Spa is closed on Mondays. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Some rooms can accommodate dogs for an additional fee of GBP 20 per dog per night. Please confirm availability with the property prior to making your reservation.
