Thank you for taking the time to share your comments - I am really sorry to hear that you did not have a good nights sleep and that you found the bed not to your expectations. Our Hilton Sweet Dream beds normally get such great comments, though clear from your comments that they did not suit you and resulted in a disturbed nights sleep.
I understand from your comments that you would not return in the future, though the team would be only more than happy to arrange for additional mattress toppers for a future stay to enhance your experience and ensure that you would have a more enjoyable stay on a return stay.
