Please inform Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Group bookings of 5 or more rooms booked at one time will require a separate group booking policy which will be sent directly from Sleeperz Hotel Dundee. Please note that the card used for payment will be required at check-in. Failure to do so will require a new payment on arrival.
