لن يخيب ظنك مطلقًا!
استأجنا سيارة، ولكن هناك الكثير من متاجر السوبر ماركت على مسافة قريبة يمكن قطعها سيرا إذا احتجتَ إلى أي شيء. الموقع جيد، وكانت هناك أنشطة ترفيهية مسائية، ولكننا استمرنا في تفويتها لأنه كان حوالي وقت العشاء. ومن الجيد أن تكون هناك طاولات وكراسي بالقرب من هذه المنطقة للاستمتاع بالترفيه أثناء تناول الطعام أو المشروبات.
كما تتوفر أكثر من حمام سباحة واحد، وهو واحد يلبي إحتياجات الأطفال، والآخر حمام سباحة لامتناه يطل على الشاطئ. الشاطئ رائع، على الرغم من أن الأبراج تقع في منطقة صغيرة للغاية، وهو أمر غير مفيد إذا كنت ترغب في التقاط صور بدون وجود أشخاص في الخلفية.
لم نتناول الطعام في المطاعم، ولكن كان الإفطار رائعًا، وكان موظفو البار رائعون عند الحصول على المشروبات. وقد قدم لنا مطعم "سيهير" (Seher) ما يتيح لك الاستمتاع بتناول المشروبات الرائعة التي اخترنها.
فريق عمل ودود حقًا يبذل قصارى جهده لجعل إقامتك مريحة. أعلم أنني سأعود قريبًا! شكرًا لك وصدِّق على إسحاق لأنه يقوم بعمل رائع!

فندق مذهل، ولكن خدمة منخفضة الجودة
كان يود أن أتلقى عبر البريد الإلكتروني الأنشطة التي ينظمها الفندق. . لذلك كنت سأخذ ملابسك للاستمتاع بجلسة اليوجا.
كما أن فريق العمل لا يبتسم.
فالخدمة في الموقع ليست رائعة ولا بطيئة للغاية، فعلى سبيل المثال، أثناء وجبتي الإفطار، تلقيت بيضتي بنديكت فقط عندما انتهينا جميعًا من تناول الطعام، والخدمة بطيئة للغاية. كان عليّ أن أطلب 3 مرات الحصول على الماء على الطاولة، وأخيرًا كان عليّ الحصول على بعضها بنفسي. وقد عثرتُ على جودة الكعك وفطائر الكعك وفطائر البانكيك والكرواسان وغير ذلك وغير ذلك، غير المصنوع محليًا وإنما صناعيًا، وهو أمر مخيف للفندق فئة 5 نجوم. حليب البازلاء لتناول القهوة ليس جيد الجودة، فلماذا لا تقدم حليب البازلاء ذات الجودة الفائقة، حيث تحظى بالطلب المرتفع الآن. ؟
وهناك مثال آخر، إنني أعاني من حساسية الريشة في الوسائد، عندما اتصلت لطلب استبدالها بالوسائد الاصطناعية، فقد قالوا لي أن هذا هو كل ما لديهم. كان من الواضح أن الأمر كان كاملاً تماماً، وأنا أعلم تماماً أنهم في الفنادق فئة 5 نجوم يلزمون الحصول على وسائل راحة مختلفة فيما يتعلق بالوسائد، ولكنهم أيضاً يلزمون توفير الوسائد بدون الريشة للأشخاص الذين يعانون من حساسية. وفي النهاية، شعرت الشخص الذي تحدثتُ معه على الهاتف بأنني لست غبية، وتغيّرت موقفه على الفور وقدم لي ما طلبته.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As per UAE law, guests are required to present original ID (UAE National ID or Passport) upon check-in for each person staying in the hotel. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Cove Rotana Resort - Ras Al Khaimah reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival as per hotel policy. Please ensure you have the credit/debit card that guaranteed the booking or was used for pre-payment upon arrival for verification. For the safety and hygiene of our guests, cooking items are not permitted in our rooms and villas. Furthermore, outside food and shisha are not allowed in the Resort. Please note that due to payment procedures, debit cards cannot be used at the time of booking. You must use a valid credit card at the time of booking which might be pre-authorized prior to arrival date. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property. The maximum occupancy in a room is 2 adults and 1 kid aged below 05.99 years they can stay with their parents or adults in the existing bed provided in the room When Booked Room Types are Guest Room, Lagoon View Room, Sea View Room. We understand that families often travel together, and we welcome children of all ages to stay with their parents or adults. For children aged 06 and below 11.99 years, they can stay with their parents or adults in the existing bed provided in the room when Booked Room Type are Garden View Room, Pool View Room, Specious Guest Room and subject to charge for Booked Meal Plan. However, for child age 12 years and above consider and adult and require to book additional Room. We strive to accommodate the needs of all our guests and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
