This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. We charge for electricity separately according to the yard. Also we provide free service for the first 30 units. Please note that the room rate does not include electricity charges. Guests will be charged THB 8 per electricity unit consumed, and payment must be made directly to the property. Guests are required to show your passport with photo including your VISA/Immigration stamp. Without the physical presentation and/or for any Over Stay in Thailand, to respect Thailand Law, we will not be able to accept check-in, and there will be no refund. Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
