In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. For nonrefundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playaballena Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation. Guests must present photo ID at check-in, to prove the age of children in order to obtain discounts. All spa facilities are at an additional cost to be paid on site. The spa hours are from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday will remain closed. There is an additional charge for the safety deposit box service. Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is implementing additional health and safety measures at this time.
