The breakage deposit may be affected by noncompliance with the rules of conduct of the community, not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the rubbish or loss of keys, among others. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€.
