You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartments do not have a reception. Guests must send an e-mail indicating their estimated time of arrival to Barcelona. Guests requiring an extra cleaning service should contact the accommodations. For stays longer than 7 nights this cleaning service is provided weekly and includes a change of bed linen and towels. An extra cleaning service is available upon request. Apartments include clean towels and bed linen, and these are not changed daily as part of the standard service. Guests may request changes of towels or linen for an additional charge.
