Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please Note Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 40, and arrivals after 24:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 60. Please Note Guests are kindly requested to contact the property upon arrival in Barcelona using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Pleae Note the property's staff will then direct guests to the property. A refundable deposit of EUR 200 will be collected upon check-in for incidental charges.
