The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that when booking a non-refundable rate where payment is due before arrival, Acta CITY47 will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. Kindly note that the reservation will be canceled within 48 hours, if the payment is not completed.
