Great for relaxing or sightseeing
We stayed here for 3 nights mid week. Our large room was on the ground room with high ceilings and comfy beds. It is very peaceful and quiet with a pool and lovely room where you can relax in the spa pool. You can help yourself to bananas as it is set in the middle of a banana plantation. The breakfast is great with a wide selection. We also had an evening meal one night which was good. The staff are very friendly. I would especially say thank-you to Leo who goes out of his way to help. Ask him about his car, which he loves!

Brunch disappointing
We really wanted to try a different experience at the hacienda and it was a great disappointment. Brunch is a real rubbish, and the price is not cheap, 20 euros per person.
The brunch place is in an inner courtyard and does not have those views of banana trees.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the food is rubbish. Industrial pastries, milkshake, banana and gofio that only tastes like milk with ice chips, cold meat, toast without any elaboration.
The place itself is nice, with great potential, but it is neglected. The tablecloth on the table was with black patches of moisture.
It has been a shame and hopefully they offer the service this site deserves.

Beautiful old hacienda!
Beautiful old hacienda with views over banana plantations. Lots of seats around the property. Pool is small but good enough. Breakfast is more than adequate. For dinner, go eat at a restaurant in nearby atmospheric Arucas.
For a 4-star hotel it is a bit dated, especially the bathroom and cots by the pool need replacing. Also, it is very noisy. We had a suite in the attic but every cough and snoring vd downstairs neighbors could be heard. Furthermore, we missed a kettle and / or coffee machine in the room. The curtains just let the sunlight through so eye patch.
But overall a nice place to stay a few days. The staff are friendly. The daughter vd Spanish owner is a cutie who is very service oriented and chats with everyone. If she's going to take over in the future, she'll be fine.

Superb hotel!!!
We have just returned from the Gran Canarias where we had a great stay at the Hacienda del bien suceso hotel. Small quiet hotel with very warm staff. It is a real pleasure to be in this old building which has a lot of charm. Breakfasts are really exceptional with fresh orange juice every day. Half board meals are very good but lack variety. We thank the staff in the kitchen and at the service and reception, LÉO , ESTHEFANIA, ANNA LISA, RAMON and all others ... There were 6 of us and everything was done so that we could have dinner together. Thank you all again. Arlette and Jean Claude.

Brunch lousy.
The quality of brunch leaves much to be desired. Nothing is saved from what we were served and of course it is nothing like the photos posted on social media. We took advantage of the offer of 18 euros per person to visit a site that seemed idyllic and from which we expected more “gourmet” products and not from a student flat. The surprise was to find a brunch in which we were served cold bread, thawed pastries, tomato and jams in small quantity or a toast that could be made a 9-year-old boy, in short a mockery. For that price there are many better places to have breakfast in the city of Las Palmas of much higher quality and elaboration. I think it's better to serve fewer products but better quality. Too bad.
