Awesome!

The restaurant blew me away! The best lamb chops I have had in a very long time, prepared by a chef that really knows what he is doing... The Eastern Cape midlands is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered, and with the required effort in marketing, this establishment can aquire a well deserved place as a tourist destination.

Amazing Experience

My friends and I visited Peper Restaurant. It’s a pity I forgot our waiter’s name . Very friendly and patient Guy. The food was amazing ,from starter to dessert. Compliments to the chef.
We definitely coming back. We are coming back for sure.

Cold and dirty room

My room was not cleaned after the previous guest left,the air-conditioning system not working and it's freezing cold.told a lie that it will get warm.Wifi not connecting on third floors Very uncomfortable.The were no pillowcases on my pillows.Sub standard

Not bad

My room was not clean, there was dust where they kept their glasses. Bread/cornflakes next to the kettle. The room was big with a comfortable bed. The toilet seat was uncomfortable it felt like I would fall as it was skewed and made noise when using it. The gate was making a lot of noise and doors from other rooms were very irritating when closed as they made a lot of noise.

not a peaceful sleep

Avoid staying here over weekends, the number of cars doing doughnuts and reving their engines on the street outside the hotel were insane, all at 3am so don't expect a good nights sleep. Crowds of people shouting and having a street party were unperturbed and the hotel staff disinterested when notified. The hotel however is clean and rooms are neat and tidy.
