It's all about Africa

it's the second time here this year, but is great. What a nice villa's around the dam. a Lot of tropical plants en birds are around the house. A beautiful terrace were you think a beer, can BBQ of relax. The reception is very kindly and helpful. Near the villa's is the restaurant van Sefapne "Calabash". You can walk from the houses to the restaurant and it's very safe.

Really enjoy

Fantastic place right near the Kruger gate. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful family home with beautiful veranda. You can have everything arranged at the reception. In addition, you can spot so many birds at the lodge, which is beautiful. Excellent restaurant and swimming pool at the lodge.

Awesome weekend getaway

Bush Villas is an amazing property a stone's throw away from Kruger Park.
Our luxury villa was spacious, clean, well appointed with all necessary amenities. We were two couples with four children and were very comfortable.
There's a serene pond outside the villas that attracts interesting birdlife. The sounds of nature are a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of city life. The drive up the R71 through Magoebaskloof is lush green and breathtaking.
Ingrid is an awesome Host and she's readily available for any queries. She really takes care of her guests and makes sure everything is in order.
We will definitely visit again and probably make this a regular getaway location.

a place with a heart

we stayed at the ratel house in bush villas on kruger. You see and feel that things are done with love. The house has a really nice feel to it. We saw other ones too but it does seem not all are the same. The porch is really nice and has a great view of the water and the prolific birdlife! Dinner you can go get at Sefapane Lodge which is a small walk away........Only downside it the load shedding. This does sometimes pose a problem with regards to the internet. Highly recommended as the Kruger is a 2 minute drive away and the reception happily arranges all sorts of trips into the park.

Preparation for Kruger

Great stay as always. House and grounds in very good shape and nice to walk around in nature in the middle of Phalaborwa. House amenities in place for and all set up well. Very friendly and helpful staff and go the extra mile. Will be back and recommend to others.
