- well equi
Cons:
- no dish washer, and most of the times the cleaning staff didnt wash the dishes
- there was a weird smell that didnt go away
- the power sockets were weirdly distributed
- very bad lighting (if you have to work at night be mindful)

Check-in, communication with the host, and check-out were easy. In fact, when we told them we were arriving in town a couple of hours early, they got our room ready for us so we didn't have to store our luggage somewhere, which made the whole day much easier.
The street has a lot of restaurants, which is convenient for dinner-time, but also means it can get a little crowded and noisy in the evening. But keeping the window closed kept the noise to a minimum inside.
Fair warning to those with mobility issues: This apartment is up two flights of stairs, and we didn't notice an elevator anywhere. Also, most of the streets in the area are cobblestone, and the sidewalks are narrow and paved in little, flat stones called calçadas that can be slippery when wet.
