Thank you for taking the time to share a review on your experience. Our guests' opinion is very important for us, as we see it as a way to improve our service, meeting our guests' expectations. We are sorry that you feel disappointed, however the online photos are ilustrative of our suites, bearing in mind that they are all different from each other, corresponding to 3 different tipologies. Regarding the breakfast, it is delivered at your room door when you add it to your stay, since it is clear that it is an extra service with additional cost. We'll consider your words to learn from them and keep providing our guests with memorable stays.
