Great new resort with good price

Coming to bohol for vacation was fun and there were alot of good tours and since I recognized alta from alta cebu I decide to try it. It was about 15 minutes from the port and kind of on a mountain and it was very peaceful and quiet I was not in the resort too much but I met the owner there he was a very nice man and the front desk and housekeeping were also very friendly. The main room was nice and had alot of space for luggage and the bathroom wasn't very big but ok... the tour around bohol was fun with a couple of friends and we had good sleep at the resort. Definitely going to stay again for the next trip to bohol and maybe going to try out their pool!

Needs Improvement

The chicken dishes were always chopped so small and only when we complained that the slices become bigger ( you can see a whole chicken leg). Other foods listed during the negotiation were not served.
Needs improvement.

Great experience

Service was good; fast and effecient. Glad that we were still accomodated even if it was almost closed for dinner service. The avocado fruit shake was too die for. the food was cooked just as we wanted it to be, fresh and tasty. Happy service as always. Thank you. I will surely come back soon.

It was not so great. Their staffs are un professional.. It was two times, two separate events when they just knock the door saying housekeeping then no one was outside.. The other is when they do cleaning when infact we dont request it. They disturb our rest. They opened our room, my boyfriend got shock. I suggest that they should have a phone every room so that they can call their guest of whatever reason just not let their guest embarass and disturb.
They are far from city. Lack of transportation available
But they have a good side also
They have nice ambiance with swimming pool.. They have nice food and room as well. They have very respectful guards

My stay was okay but the only thing that bother me is that they do not have telephone in the room and since the reception area is a little bit of a walk from the room it would be best to put a telephone in each room in order for the guests to be able to call for room service. E.g no utensils in the room.
