Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. First and foremost, my sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations during your stay, as well as for the concerns you noted. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate you bringing these matters to my attention so that I can identify areas for immediate improvement.
