Very comfortable and convenient if you have your own transportation.
The hotel has an abundance of parking and an OXXO across the street. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in restaurant with a choice of eggs Mexicana, ranchero, and scrambled with bacon.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with any questions.
Easy access to the main freeway.

Nice hotel in a beautiful building
It's affordable, you get breakfast, a pool, a small workout room, and free bottled water every day.
The people here is very friendly, unlike what I read in other comments. At least, this is my experience. They are extremely nice, give you options, answer your questions regarding places to visit, etc., just like every Mexican I've meet. They are extremely friendly.
This hotel has 4 floors, and you get a room with 2 beds. I don't know if there is an option to get only one. The rooms aren't huge but definitely not small. You get a nice decoration (I really appreciate this. Just because it's a budget hotel doesn't have to look cheap). My only suggestion though would be to give some love to their towels and sheets. They are old. The room was clean and fresh.
The restaurant is basic but you get free breakfast. Also, they open 24 hours in case you need something to eat in the night.
I would recommend this place with no doubt. Affordable, clean, and its people is wonderful.

With little effort & a coffee machine in room could be 5 stars
It is not in the luxury section, BUT, gated and controlled, very safe.
This is a very clean, well appointed, well managed "business hotel".
Just enough towels, soap, shampoo---BUT--TV is largely pay, mattress a little hard for some(not for me). Furniture and appointments modern, good quality.
The food in the restaurant is slightly upscale but traditional, reasonable and really good.
Most signage is in Spanish & English and the desk staff is good(seek Salvador), speaks English and wants to help.
So, IF, you are in this region, it is worth a stay
