In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travelers on dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated individuals that plan to stay-in for Tourism purpose, will be allowed to check-in at our hotel upon providing proof of vaccination Special Pass to Fitness Center can be arranged upon request at hotel reception. Separate charges are applicable.

Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
