Pleasant stay with very good breakfast. The location is great as lot of eateries and department stores nearby

Hotel was away from the other resorts but it was a really beautiful hotel with their own shuttle bus. Although the timings of this weren’t always suitable eg no return from the beach for 6hrs meaning we had to get a grab. Rooms were nice and breakfast and lots of good choices. Pool was lovely although got rather busy around 4pm when everyone returned from the beach or Waterpark.

Hotel is nice and rooms are big and clean. Far from beach but many shops in the vicinity. Staff are polite and helpful.

Location though not near the beach but near the the shops and marts
No sea view but still a pleasant view. See pic.
Room was big and clean.

We booked 4 rooms but only 1 room was ready.
And they weren't arranged directly next to each other.
Not much kids facilities.
One day 2 bottles of water per room which is not enough. Asked for a few more but was flatly refused.
Very troublesome. System did not auto register car plate number. Have to keep going to front desk to inform the car plate number.
Breakfast was average. Not much variety.
