In order to support the government's nation-wide campaign "COOL CHOICE", the hotel will not provide housekeeping service for guests staying 2 to 3 nights during their stay. Hotel staff will not enter the room. Clean bath towels and face towels will be put on the door handle of the room. For guests staying 4 nights or more, regular cleaning will be conducted every 3 days. Hotel staff will not enter the room on other days, and clean bath towels and face towels will be put on the door handle of the room. The hotel front desk provides convenient services such as toothbrushes. Guests may use them if needed. Thank you for your understanding.

Effective from Oct 2002, an accommodation tax will be charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY10,000–JPY14,999, or JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and must be paid at the hotel.
