The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport only. Pickup service from the airport is not available. For reservations of special rate plans that are only applied to particular area residents, legal ID certificate which can show your current residence address is required at check-in. If such certificate cannot be provided, or it shows that you are not currently live in those particular area, please be noted that those special rate plans may not be applied for you, and additional fee maybe charged.
An accommodation tax is required in Osaka from January, 2017. Guests are required to pay JPY 100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY 7,000 and JPY 14,999, JPY 200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY 15,000 and JPY 19,999, and JPY 300 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY 20,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel. For details, please confirm with the hotel.
