رائع الفندق الذي تديره عائلة
إنه على طريق مزدحم، لذلك اطلب غرفة على ظهر إذا كان هناك ضوضاء المرور على الإطلاق.
إنه فندق ودود للحيوانات الأليفة، لذا لا يكون أفضل إذا كان لديك يعانون من الحساسية.
كنا هناك في فصل الشتاء. لا يمكنني الانتظار للعودة إلى بعض فصل الصيف وركوب الدراجات!

What a disappointment
Defective and leaky shower dispenser
aluminum shower structure disconnected and with detached (and potentially dangerous) upper parts
bathroom mirror lights NOT working
courtesy light above the dim bedside table and such as not to allow any reading
bad cleaning of the room (in the drawer of the table there were packets of cookies and on the balcony chair a leftover semifreddo)
bad cleaning of the bathroom (see long hair)
Nighttime squawks from the living room caused by a group of Italians of different ages. At two o'clock in the morning I went into the living room to ask "politely" to stop and to allow sleep.
I invited the person in charge to prevent such bad behavior by not allowing access to the living room which would otherwise be a place where everyone is entitled to disturb the peace and sleep of others.
The lack of a garrison or night reference (see above) is felt.
In short, even if with two stars and with the limits of the old structure, dated and maintenance-free fixtures, with 70s/80s furniture and small rooms, overall the Hotel was disappointing (.. and next year there will be the Olympics in Bormio!!)
