In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Sun, Sep 15, 2024 until Mon, Jun 30, 2025 Swimming pool #1: Closed from Mon, Sep 15, 2025 until Tue, Jun 30, 2026 Please note that our restaurant will be closed for holidays from 20/1 to 6/2 2025 inclusive. During this period, breakfast will not be served either, but we will only accept room only reservations. Please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of June to half of September from 9:00 until 19:00 daily. Our swimming pool is also open to the public, but for Bellavista guests there is a reserved area with sunbeds and umbrellas, subject to availability. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 5 per pet, per night applies. Check-in time: From 15:00 PM to 20:00 PM, after this time a supplement of €30 will be applied. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception, leave your car and go to Assisi for a visit or have lunch at our restaurant while you wait. Check-out time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, late check-out (on request) €50 supplement. *Check-out will take place at the Restaurant and not at the Reception*. Breakfast time: From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Lunch hours: From 12:00 PM to 14:30 PM (closed on Thursdays) Dinner hours: From 19:00 PM to midnight (closed on Thursdays) Parking: Included, internal and unattended.
