This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Double Rooms with disability access are available on request. Please contact the property directly using the details from the Booking Confirmation. The hotel does not accept group bookings from tour operators. Galway Rack Week : A 7-day cancellation applies for Galway Race Week Monday 29th July – Sunday 4th August 2024. Less than 1 week will result in full charge for one night’s accommodations for any canceled rooms. Full payment is required 3 weeks to arrival in advance. Reservations booked and confirmed to stay for 4 consecutive nights or more will be required to pay a nonrefundable booking deposit of 10%, In the event of a cancellation outside 48 hours, the deposit is retained.
