يعد فندق راديسون بلو في شارع جولدن لاين دبلن خيارا رائعا إذا كنت تبحث عن مكان يسهل الوصول إليه ومستويات رائعة من الخدمة وغرف جيدة الجودة.

وصلت أمس إلى ردهة صاخبة وتمت إجراءات تسجيل وصول بدون تأخير. يتميز موظفو الاستقبال بالاحترافية والمعلومات. توجهنا إلى غرفتنا، وتلقينا مفاجأة رائعة عندما تم ترقيةنا إلى شقة بنتهاوس تطل على المدينة. كانت الغرفة فسيحة للغاية ومزخرفة بذوق رفيع ونظيفة بشكل مثالي. ونظرًا لأن الفندق قد تم إبلاغهم مسبقًا بأننا قمتَ مؤخرًا بالتفاعل معهم، فقد تركوا، بالإضافة إلى الترقية، عرضًا رائعًا لبتلات الورد على السرير. لقد انبهرت بشدة بالجهود التي بذلها الفندق في الاعتراف بالتفاعل لدينا. الموقع رائع، حيث يقع قبالة شارع جورجز المزدحم، ويتسم بأجواء ضوئية هادئة للغاية، ولكن على بعد دقيقتين سيرًا من الحانات والمطاعم وشارع "جرافتون". أوصي بشدة به، وشكرًا لك على جعل إقامتنا غاية في الروعة.

عندما حجزتُ في الأساس، اتصلتُ بالفندق لمعرفة ما إذا كان هناك موقف لانتظار السيارات، وأكدوا أنهم قد حجزوا، دون ذكر المساحات المحدودة. وعند الوصول إلى موقف السيارات الموجود تحت الأرض، لم تكن هناك أماكن إقامة، وأتصلت بالفندق وأفصحوا أنه كان ممتلئًا، لذا أحرص على إيقاف السيارة في موقف السيارات الموجود في كنيسة المسيح، والذي يقع على مسافة قصيرة سيرا إذا كان لديك حقائب. بعد ذلك، قالوا إن موقف السيارات مفتوح للجمهور، لذلك ربما يكون ذلك سبب ازدحامهم، كما كانوا يحتفظون أيضًا بمساحات مليئة بالنفايات.

In regards to parking, being a city centre property, our number of parking spaces are limited. Due to this, we offer parking on a first-come, first-served basis meaning unfortunately we cannot guarantee parking availability upon arrival to our hotel. In the case our parking facility is full, guests are more than welcome to bring any luggage to reception and store it with us, and our team can direct you to the nearest parking facility, just a 3-minute walk from our hotel.
Payment using cash is accepted upon check-out, however, we do require a credit/debit card to hold against the room as a form of payment guarantee at check-in and for the duration of your stay. Once cash is used to pay at check-out, this hold on your card would be cancelled. We deeply apologise for any confusion in communicating this to you.
We deeply regret that these downfalls had such a negative impact on your stay, this is most certainly not the experience we had hoped for you. We truly hope that you choose to stay with us again in the near future and provide us a second opportunity to warmly welcome you back to the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.
