Was suppose to be there one night.. Extended for another night as So Good. So clean, Great location,.The girls at reception so happy to help.. And some speak English that made my stay enjoyable ..

Business at Tuban
Comfortable hotel is in the center of the city where easy access, clean and satisfactory service, for a fairly good price fit in the pocket, varied breakfast, dining malan in the sky lounge with a nice city view bangeut next bakalore back here again.

FUCK! Bad service.
My stay at this hotel was EXTREMELY disappointing! —The service was unresponsive + the staff were rude and UNPROFFESSSIONALL!!! // After staying in various hotels in Indonesia, This time, the service was so bad, very dear to the investor, hehe.
Although the interior design is pretty good, but the employees don't have the ethics & the minimal decency of craftsmanship, make us crack and don't want to come back again.
Some things are important and need to be fixed;
1. The receptionist section was very poorly connected with courtesy (except mba nindiya, mas arifin and mba vika) & did not comply with the agreement on the initial reservation, we did not have a DP! Very disappointed. Better in the hotel next door (F**e), though the pool, their service is much better to the guests!
2. Insulting the guests who stayed, by referring to SUKU/BANGSA, as being treated unfairly with other guests. We asked for help because our room was Locked inside and contained a baby, coming a long time, instead we were beaten as if we were the first time staying in a hotel got you access card (when you first stayed in a hotel with poor service maybe yes, this time). Makes our stay very uncomfortable & satisfied. Though the tens of millions are out here, it's not a small amount for us, but it's not really worth it with the services we get.
3. Related to garbage. They (the receptionist) prohibit placing in front of the room, on grounds of disturbing other guests. Okay good. In fact, we intend to keep the hygiene in the room is important, by putting the garbage in front of the room RAPI, even have ⁇ to the cleaning service to help fix, although they did not come (although still cleaning hours). Even we were criticized in a disrespectful way (the receptionist was wearing a white sweater at the time) sorry yes, the responsibility to keep the environment clean inside/outside of the hotel is not “just” our task as a TAMU loh. It smells so good.
4. Maintenance of breakfast. Children are charged for extra room content. Okay, it should be. But sweetheart, if you're charged, the children's menu doesn't exist? In the sense, they say the menu is in the refill, while we're here at 6:10 in the morning, early breakfast is open. Uh turns out it couldn't be refilled because the stock was out. Shouldn't the food section in the hotel, its availability be adjusted to the guest who comes? // besides, the kitchen, please fruit pieces are covered, until the dish is fitted so the shape is, not touched with the guest. & the quality of the dish menu, please pay attention again to correctly free of contamination for QC.
5. The workers don't prioritize the guests to use the elevator. So we as guests, instead of going down the stairs.
Hmm please, the supervisor / manager of FRONT ONE HOTEL TUBAN has been repaid again, both the management of food maintenance (at breakfast) and things related to the hotel service. It's a shame, though the interior design of the room is good, but the service is bad. Make the guests go back
Anyway, we stayed here using more than 10 hotel rooms. And over two nights. We first chose here because we saw the pool facilities, which are not in the hotel next door. Almost every day we also shop at their 6th floor rest. Well, turns out our service was unlucky. Although there's been a lot of money out here. Oiya, the air conditioning in some rooms seems to need to be cleaned up, because many are not cold.
—Sorry, not worth it at all and not recommended, unless they are determined to address the issues mentioned above.

the check in is quick and smooth
both rooms are clean
nice layout
great shower
only the shower divider and fake window bother me a bit
Location wise is the best on the main road of Tuban city center.
Roof top pool is also quite refreshing since we can't swim at the beach
