Exceeds Expectations
1. To start off - Dewakar - the receptionist/manager/everything - helped us plan our temple visits.
2. The family room was sufficiently big for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The room was neat, clean and well maintained.
3. The temples are within 2-4 km radius of the hotel - perfect location.
4. The housekeeping staff is well trained and very friendly - helped us with all our requests of water and extra blankets.
5. I consider this total value for money. This is how businesses will grow in future - Lean and responsive!
Thanks again to Dewakar and staff. On the next day of checkout - we were going to leave early - since we were skipping breakfast - Dewakar offered hot milk for the kids for previous night and coffee for next day early morning. This is personal attention that we get at 5 star hotels!

Family stay
We had booked 11 rooms for 3 days and 7 rooms for 1 day in the month of August 2023 for a family function. We had to pay upfront the full money before we could check in (close to 1,05,000 RS).
The rooms were very very below par in terms of cleanliness. The sheets were stained and not at all washed/ cleaned. The rooms had food odor and cigarette smoke from previous guests which stayed as the rooms were not ventilated properly. To mask the odor, they used cheap room spray to mask the smell and did not open the windows to ventilate before the guests move-in. This cheap room spray caused nausea and irritation in the nose. If you have elderly guests or children, please avoid this place as this may cause some breathing issues.
The front desk was very rude and had no sense of customer service. There was a subtle threat of involving police upon questioning the quality of the hotel. The front desk on questioning about the cleanliness of the rooms had the audacity to say that "you have to stay in the room with the level of cleanliness the previous guests left it in".
Please stay away from this place!!

You/your family visited a total of 5/6 times before finalising. If property was so badly maintained, you wouldn't have gone with us. You went with us because you liked what you saw.
You examined the rooms before getting keys and making payment. You raised issue about ONE room which had food smell (no smoke) which we cleaned promptly. We use Diversey room spray which is the gold standard in hotel industry. You tried to get this room for free for which we gave you the option to surrender/pay for the room.
You were extremely abusive to our team and treated everyone with disrespect. Paying for the service you use doesn't give you rights to abuse/disrespect our team. It was you who wanted to involve the police! We got very good feedback from most of your group. It's very sad that you had to resort to these false allegations just to hurt us.

Nice experience with The Scarlet
They are serving food and is also with good quality. (Non-veg lovers kindly excuse )
New infrastructure and all under well-maintained
Over all worth for money.
