nice experience at surya

hi my name is sanyogita and i come from kolhapur....a place near by to belgaum only.....so i had been to belgaum for my personal work and had to leave the very next day and as i had to stay there for only some time, it was of no use to shed lots of money for that purpose.....i had enquired most of people before i reach belgaum.....my friends advised me to go to surya as they knew their rates and the kind of service they provide in less rates.....when i reached there i was just so pleased by their simplicity.....that i decided to stay for one more day and the benefit of their services.....great going surya.....love u....

Below average service and atmosphere

I stayed over this hotel on 9to 11 th november and used facilities for 2 nights only , because of my official meeting on 10th at Vijayapur. At the check in time, the room provided with used bedrolls and pillows. It was replaced against my request by the room boy. The room was under repair and renovation works are going on at near by rooms .power cables inside the bath room are exposed in an unsafe manner. The lift of the hotel is a very congested and with hand operated doors and grills. Hot water in the bath room is available only from 7am. Because I need to leave the hotel room at 7am on 10 th and 11 , I bathed with cold water only ; the water was slightly muddy also.
I requesting now to the hotel mangement ; please don't open bookings through hotel booking apps when the hotel building under repair and renovation period. Because it will create difficulties to travellers came from other states and districts after making on line payments through this apps.
I am not reccommending this hotel in future , until they improves the quality of service and condition of rooms.

Not a Good Hotel

This hotel is not accesable to Bus stop nor city center,its in a corner & not cleanly maintained,Breakfast served is limited & Approach roads are not there.No Parking Facility ,Internal Phone lines not working.

Stinky

I stayed here wit my family in sep 2013. Reception guy has no idea abt the hospitality, worst behaviour. Room given to me was small, toilet was not cleaned and on calling reception, he says cleaner will come next day morning, bed sheets, pillow covers were dirty. Pillow was hard. Mosquito bites dint allow us to sleep. I switched on the fan which was producing horrible noice. Overall a worst hotel!

Ottima esperienza al surya..

Ciao m ankush e ho avuto una bella esperienza a surya lungo i miei amici.... tutti noi abbiamo pianificato tutto ad un tratto di andare a belgaum... il nostro destino non era belgaum ma abbiamo dovuto andare a gokak Falls ...... quindi abbiamo avuto belle viaggio di gokak Falls e abbiamo dovuto spostare ulteriormente a Mysore ...... come vengo da Mumbai e anche i miei amici sono da Mumbai solo, nessuno aveva alcuna idea di dove prendere un soggiorno tranquillo quando raggiungiamo belgaum.... chiedendo un estraneo .....siamo atterrati a surya ...... e abbiamo un'esperienza memorabile a surya e il tipo di servizio che forniscono era troppo grande...
