Value for money

A exceptionally clean, sunny, descent room. Ideal for a short stay, we where five minutes from the center of the city (by car). The owners where very kind and helpfull. Yiannis Apartments has a coffee shop downsters with great coffee taste.

Perhaps the best choice for most of Ioannina

Very good!!! Spotlessly clean in a very good area with easy access everywhere and with many amenities around. The owners are wonderful and helpful Tatoi with a respectful and positive attitude so that someone leaves completely satisfied. We highly recommend it!!!!!

Fantastic stay

We stayed at The Yiannis Apartments late August and had a wonderful stay. We had a lovely room on the ground floor overlooking the pool which was perfect for us. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the location was excellent with it overlooking the sea next door to lovely restaurants. The ferry port is a minutes walk away with various boat trips available. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return. Thankyou to Monika, Voula and Kiriakis fir your your kind hospitality.

Good

Good quality and convinient price. Simple room but confortable, a bit small bathroom. Not far from old city, taxis very close. Down there are some cafes but quite place. Good for one night stay.
Owner waiting for me, and kind people when i check out.

Simple and clean room close to the city centre.

The price is very low so you can not expect anything more. It is a clean and a bit old fashioned room. In many cases it is a value for money choice.
The location is a quiet neighbourhood about 10 minutes from the city centre (by car).
I did not taste the breakfast.
It does not have a private parking but it is almost certain that you can find a free space most of the times.
