Great centrally located hotel with great breakfast and comfortable bed... what more could you want

This centrally located hotel immediately impressed us. As soon as you checked in, you could tell that the friendly young lady knew what she was talking about. Both the parking lot in the inner courtyard and the room were easily accessible using the elevator. The modern bathroom with a beautiful, large shower cubicle was great, and the separate toilet was simply brilliant. Few beds convince us in the hotels... this was once again a pleasant exception! The box spring bed was super comfortable and not too soft (like many others). Of course, in a good hotel you also expect a good breakfast. The Amalia breakfast can be particularly praised. The selection was just as great as the quality. All in all a highly recommended hotel in the center of Landshut.
If there had been a comfortable armchair in the room, it would have even been fun to turn on the TV. So you had to choose either the desk chair, the stool without a backrest or the bed... it wasn't that exciting.

New, very nice hotel in a central location with friendly staff

The building of the old post office in Landshut was lovingly converted into a hotel (i.e., in some cases, it is still being converted), and many old elements of the post office were preserved and integrated into the hotel. The rooms are modern, with high ceilings, in a special style that also includes references to Landshut's history. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with underfloor heating, modern large TV - but unfortunately no fridge/minibar (in most rooms, only in a few apartments) and no air conditioning (probably due to the monument protection). One room also has a balcony, which is recommended (although it faces the inner courtyard). There are a limited number of parking spaces in the inner courtyard (for a fee), otherwise in the nearby CCL parking garage.
The staff is very friendly, service very good. Not a full-service hotel - the bar/bistro only serves breakfast and evening drinks; no room service.
The location is very good, very central, next to the Holy Spirit Church, on the Isar promenade; many restaurants/cafés within walking distance, including the old town.
Relatively quiet despite the central location.
The hotel has the potential to become the "leading" hotel in Landshut, possibly even in the upper "Grand Hotel" style in the medium term (if the services could be expanded accordingly).

Great city hotel

Central to the city center, room 211 on the Isar side was very quiet. The room has modern new furnishings, a nice bathroom. The beds had a very good mattress. The parking in the courtyard is great.
The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired

Top hotel with top staff

Very nice hotel (old post office building), super clean, good breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were a group of 7 people and had rented the small meeting room. Everyone was very flexible. Clearly recommended.
